All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of purchase date. All returned items must be unused, with all original take and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at support@sowaistedboutique.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail you rerun to the following address.

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with you package. return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
Refunds: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process you return. Please allow at least ten days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your institution. we will notify you by email when you return has been processed.
Exception: For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Garments are only returnable if damage is a normal warehouse defect. any breakage or stress cause by customer will not be refunded. If you choose to the wrong size, even exchange will be granted.
